The first thing you will do is choose your own toll-free or local number (a drop-down menu will allow you to do this). Additional phone numbers can be selected during sign-up for $5 each per month. These “direct dial” numbers are great for tracking unique marketing campaigns under different phone numbers. After selecting your number, submit your order.
Once you’ve placed your order, you will immediately receive an email with an activation link to our online setup wizard. Once you confirm instructions on how you would like our operators to handle your calls, you will be up and running!
Once you’ve completed the activation link, your account is active per the instructions you’ve provided, and our live operators will be ready to answer your calls. Your phone number can be published or you can forward your existing number to your new VoiceNation number. We are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365 days a year. This includes holidays and weekends. Forward your calls to us anytime you need us!
Now that you’re live, you can make all changes to your 24-hour answering service account online via VoiceNation’s online management dashboard. The dashboard gives you complete control to update your call script, change forwarding numbers, update account information, view your call reports in real-time, and much more!
No. All VoiceNation’s services and plans are month to month.
There is no setup fee associated with our free trial, however, other plans do include an onboarding fee. This is a one-time only charge, and the amount is based on your plan. For more details on the onboarding fee, please see our plans and pricing page.
All plans have an additional per minute rate of $2.49. All minutes are billed in 6 second increments. Customers can upgrade and downgrade whenever you need. We never want you to pay more than you should.
