All account changes will be done online as this plan does not include live support due to the simplicity of it. If in the future you require more advanced features such as on call, patching, order taking etc. this requires an upgrade to our premium plans which includes a one time $75 account support fee.
As a client in the medical industry, the services we perform for you pursuant to our contract include the possible receipt, handling, storage, and/or transmittal for you and on your behalf of Protected Health Information ("PHI") and/or Electronic Protected Health Information ("ePHI"). As a result, under the HIPAA and HITECH statutes you, as the Covered Entity, are required to enter into a Business Associate Contract ("BAA") with us, as the Business Associate. Upon the completion of this order, you will receive a welcome email with an activation link. Clicking the activation link will lead you to a page where you can review and sign the BAA form online. Please note that your live answering account cannot be activated until we receive the signed BAA.

Unfortunately, our services are not currently configured to deliver an excellent experience to consumers outside of North America. While services may indeed work, we cannot guarantee a service level that meets Ninja Number requirements. Call quality and deliverability suffer tremendously when performing calls over the international PSTN, because of this we do not service international accounts in any capacity.
I understand that the service will automatically renew each month and that the credit card on file will be automatically charged for each month.
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY VOICENATION ARE PROVIDED ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS AND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND VOICENATION FOR THE USE OF THESE SERVICES WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTHLY BASIS UNTIL CANCELLED OR OTHERWISE TERMINATED BY YOU OR BY VOICENATION. YOU HEREBY ACKOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED EACH MONTH FOR THE SERVICES YOU HAVE SELECTED UNTIL THE USE OF THOSE SERVICES ARE CANCELED OR OTHERWISE TERMINATED. YOU HEREBY GIVE AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT FOR VOICENATION'S SERVICES TO BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED EACH MONTH TO THE CREDIT CARD YOUR HAVE ON FILE WITH VOICENATION. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SERVICES WITH VOICENATION AT ANY TIME BY GIVING 30 DAYS' ADVANCED NOTICE TO VOICENATION. ONCE YOUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN TERMINATED, VOICENATION WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR FUTURE, ONGOING SERVICES UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU REESTABLISH SERVICES WITH VOICENATION.
