Yeah, this day is a reminder of freedom and independence… and that’s the spirit that lead VoiceNation to where we are today! It all began back in 2002, when we offered virtual PBX and voicemail services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. But it wasn’t long before our clients were requesting professional live answering services, so at first, we outsourced. But the customer support and high unanswered call volumes weren’t up to our standards.
And that’s when the idea was born to open VoiceNation’s 24/7 call center headquarters here in Buford, GA! It was our goal to offer the best call center services and on July 4th, 2009, VoiceNation took its first live answering service call. Immediately, customers were thrilled their sales increased, and they were happy that we were providing them with the service they had expected.
Since day one, we’ve continued to experience rapid growth, and our staff would like to say “thank you” to our loyal customers for giving us the opportunity to be an extension of your team.
