What Are They Up To? October 20th-24th

Our week at VoiceNation was filled with pumpkin treats, crazy hair, Fair Trade items, and squirrels. Yes, you read that right. Thursday was National Squirrel Awareness day!

Our Fair Trade Fair was a blast! This week we learned more about the rate of slavery around our world and the part that we can play to help end it by purchasing ethically produced products. Helping Hands Foreign Missions was incredibly generous and allowed us to display many of their hand made items that have been brought back from Uganda Africa as an example of supporting these communities.

We are also excited to be brewing Phoenix Community Coffee in our break rooms! Phoenix is a non profit ethically produced coffee distributor that invests all profit back into our own community as well as the community around their farms and farmers.

Be sure to check in next week to see what we’re up to. Next week is going to be super exciting with LOTS of surprises!
