Employee Recognition Goes a Long Way

In Monday’s monthly staff meeting, VoiceNation President Jay Reeder took the opportunity to show his appreciation for several hard-working members of our talented staff. And because we are so proud of our team, we wanted to share with you those that received a good pat-on-the-back for a job-well-done!

Our IT Team, consisting of Manny Aparaschivei, IT Support Specialist; Kim Rider, IT Manager; and Beth Timms, IT Support Generalist, was acknowledged for the quick installation and setup of our computer workstations in VoiceNation’s new and cozy break room. These workstations were key to the completion of this area, as they provide staff with Internet access during breaks.

Monique Hugo of Tech Support was recognized for receiving multiple customer compliments. At VoiceNation, it’s our goal to go above and beyond for customers, but when a customer takes time out of their day to praise the work ethic, attitude and abilities of a VoiceNation employee, we feel that deserves attention.

As last but not least, our website team was congratulated on the launch of VoiceNation’s new Quality Answering Service website. These guys put the pedal-to-the-metal and cranked out a beautifully crafted, brand new website that truly captures who VoiceNation is and what we’re all about. Our team, lead by Josh Merriam, Web & Graphic Design; Eric Schurke, Sales & Operations; and Ashley Pardue, Marketing/PR, worked crazy hours to perfect every minute detail to enhance the VoiceNation customer experience.

Mr. Reeder expressed his gratitude, “My team needs to know what a great job they’re doing. I’m proud of their work. This truly is a successful group of people, all working together towards a common goal.”
